Does SERVPRO do construction?
8/14/2020 (Permalink)
Yes, SERVPRO offers construction services.
When we say we help make it "Like it never even happened,” we mean it! We are a full-service SERVPRO in Dallas with both mitigation and reconstruction divisions, and we routinely help our clients get their properties back to preloss condition, even after extensive damage.
Reconstruction services are typically needed after:
- Contaminated water damage losses. When water is grossly contaminated, demolition will most likely be needed on portions of drywall and flooring.
- Storm damage. Depending on the type of storm, this can range from hurricane water damage to tornado cleanup involving broken roofs, windows, doors, and much more.
- Fire damage. Large fires almost always require some form of demolition in the affected parts of the property.
- Extensive mold remediation. When mold is allowed to grow for a long period of time, it will eventually begin to eat the substance it’s growing on. This usually results in parts of walls needing to be demolished and repaired.
Reconstruction Starts Immediately After Mitigation
We start working with our clients and their insurance adjusters before the initial mitigation portion of the restoration project is even finished. The goal is to have the reconstruction portion of the project planned and approved so that our reconstruction division can begin work immediately after cleanup is completed.
Our process results in faster claims processing and happier customers.
